You just can’t beat the #paxex…

The journey from Northeast Asia to Australia can last over 10 hours in each direction, with overnight flights that challenge even the best airplane sleepers. Swapping economy for business class, there’s nothing challenging whatsoever, as you sail through the skies in a fully flat bed, after enjoying a multi course meal aboard two of the quietest and most revered planes in the skies. OneWorld has launched an attractive sale for travel to Sydney, at just $1400 round trip or $1,000 one way, and other airlines are offering great deals to Melbourne as well…

Malaysian Airlines and JAL are offering great business class deals, with round trip flights from Tokyo to Sydney starting at just $1401 round trip (¥155,000). Other great deals are available under $1800 from Beijing and Seoul. While you’ll pay more than “half”, $1000 for a one way ticket offers great flexibility to those who are looking to use miles going the other direction, or only need a one way ticket and are looking to save. Depending on season, you can sample Malaysia’s Airbus A350 and A380 en route, in both directions. JAL also offers flights, with the Boeing 787.

These deals are fairly wide open for 2018, for travel from September 14th thru December 19th. Prices jump in 2019, though we’d expect them to join in on the fun in a few weeks, if those are the dates you’re looking for. Not every single date will be available, but we’ve made you easy to use Google Flights links, which take you directly to the best deals. All you’ll need to do is play around with the calendar to pull up the same prices – and book!

There are cheaper deals between these two great destinations, but none with fully flat beds. The deals we’ve selected all offer fully flat beds, and should earn a boatload of points with your preferred frequent flyer program. With each deal, it’s worth pulling up prices on Google Flights, and then comparing with Momondo, to see if there are any savings to be had. Here are the best deals, like: $1401 Tokyo to Sydney round trip, $1000 Tokyo to Sydney one way, $1480 Osaka to Melbourne round trip, $960 Osaka to Melbourne one way, $1799 Seoul to Melbourne round trip, $1750 Beijing to Sydney round trip, $1000 Shanghai to Melbourne one way and $1100 Beijing to Sydney one way. Enjoy Australia, it’s hard not to.
