It’s always better to be Gold than blue…
There are a few things in life which are for certain. Having elite hotel guest status is better than not having it, and acquiring it with less work than the standard route is always good too. Just in time for the holiday season, Hilton has an easy fast track opportunity requiring four stays within 90 days, so if you’ve got a busy travel season upcoming this might be the perfect touch…
Hilton’s MVP fast track offer is highly amusing, as noted by InsideFlyer. It’s open to essentially anyone who participates in sports. Yes, its fair to say your gym membership qualifies, but it won’t matter anyway. Whether you currently have a Hilton loyalty account or need to register for one, you simply sign up for the offer and complete four stays within 90 days.
What Hilton Gold Offers
Hilton Gold gets you 80% bonus points on all stays and space available upgrades at many hotels in addition to late check out, complimentary water and other goodies. You also receive 5th night free when you use points for a free stay. Basically, it’ll definitely earn you more points and depending on the hotel, it may get you upgrades and other perks as well. Here’s details.
The Four Stays Bit
Four stays are defined as reservations of at least one night, not taking place at the same hotel on consecutive nights. It’s easiest to say what you “can’t do”. You cannot check in on Monday at a Hilton property, check out on Tuesday, check in again at the same hotel on Tuesday and play the same game on Wednesday. There must be at least one night in between stays, if you’re staying at the same hotel. A single night in New York, one in Chicago, one in London and one in Bangkok would work.
How To Get Setup For Hilton Gold
The fast track offer can be found here. Simply register using your preexisting Hilton account or create a new one if you don’t already have one. Once signed up you’ll need to complete four stays within the 90 day window. These stays must be booked through Hilton. Bookings through great sites like Hotels.com, etc won’t count.
