For vaccinated travelers, the world is starting to look pretty attractive again.

Colombia is, and always will be, an incredible choice for those who venture out into it. The South American country offers unparalleled value, with a unique mix of culinary delight, lush jungles and heavily underrated beaches, not to mention lively cities.

Now, getting there can be nearly as fun as exploring. Delta and American are battling it out with hot flight deals, bringing flat beds to this enticing country under $600 round trip, earning a bunch of miles along the way!

$572 Business Class To Colombia

Other cities are available in the $700’s, but if you can get to NYC cheaply using miles, or just happen to live there (duh), you can bag an amazing flight bargain.

For roughly the same price as economy, Delta is offering flat bed business class, either with a direct flight from JFK, or one stop connection in Atlanta. These flights utilize wide body planes, equipped with flat beds on each leg. It’s a fantastic way to arrive in South America with total comfort. The status points don’t hurt either!

Update: A bunch more dates have been added, and the lowest prices are now available in 2022, as well as 2021. This is an amazing way to visit an incredible country in style, on the cheap!

When You Can Travel

These deals are available on scattered dates in October and November, and then again in 2022, primarily in February, March and April. The easiest way to locate these offers is on Google Flights, or directly with Delta or American.

Stays of one week, or more, seem to be a sweet spot for pulling up the lowest prices, but shorter stays are possible too. Be sure to look out for flights operated by an Airbus A330 or Boeing 767, to ensure you’re getting flat beds, versus domestic recliner seats.

How To Book These Flights

You can book these flights directly with the airline to ensure the best customer service experience, but they’re easiest to find on Google Flights. Here’s an example.

If you’re a Delta SkyMiles fanatic, these flights will earn a generous amount of MQM’s at a relatively low cost, which makes it a great trip to take, even just to keep or improve your elite status! The coffee ain’t too shabby either!
