Travel is quietly creeping back into peoples lives, and when you do travel, there’s hardly a better way to fly commercially than with Qatar Airways in Qsuite business class. There’s just something about closing a privacy door, particularly during covid-19. The champagne, or dine on demand doesn’t hurt either.

Right now, Qatar Airways is offering some of their best pricing to South Africa, with Qsuites all the way from European cities to Johannesburg, with dates well into 2021. Thanks to Qatar Airways’ flexible booking policy, there’s very little to lose, and a lot of comfy flying to gain.

Qatar Airways Flight Deals

Qatar Airways is offering £1260 round trip business class flights from Amsterdam or Brussels to South Africa. Side note, you can also fly to Bali for similar prices, in case that’s of interest. Paris is also available for just a bit more.

These deals feature Qatar Airways Qsuite Business Class, which is arguably the best overall business class experience in the skies today. You can read a review here.

South Africa initially planned to potentially close to tourism until 2021, and that may happen, but pressure is mounting to open the country earlier, as other countries complete successful tourism seasons. Fortunately, these deals go well into 2021, and well past the peak tourism season in January, February, March and April.

The Dates You Can Fly

These deals are wide open virtually every day from December 31st, 2020, until July 12th, 2021. That means you’ve got January, February, March, April and all the peak season months South Africa offers up for grabs, in the best of comfort.

You can depart virtually any day of the week, and the only key is that you stay at least four nights in South Africa before returning. You’ll find the lowest rock bottom prices from Amsterdam, which is incredibly easy to reach from most of Europe.

How To Book These Deals

These deals won’t last long, and Qatar Airways flexible booking policy only applies to flights booked by September 30th, 2020. If you book by this date, you can easily cancel and enjoy the full value, plus 10% in the form of a voucher good for two years.

To book these deals, visit QatarAirways.com, and search from AMS to JNB, or BRU to JNB. Paris (CDG) is also available for around £100 more. Also – don’t forget about Bali, Shanghai or Hong Kong (particularly from Brussels) around the same prices, if that’s more appealing.

If you ‘re headed to Johannesburg with Qatar but are making your way to Cape Town, you made a fantastic choice. Few cities in the world rival the food scene offered, nor the beaches and views. Getting there in a stunning business class suite experience is just the icing on the cake.

  1. Could you then take advantage of the flexible booking policy to change to another destination up to 5k miles away? And change Amsterdam to London departure?

  2. Sadly as we are dealing with SA Tourism right now, trying to figure out future projects, they are hoping to have South Africa open to international tourists in late February, but with how our government is handling this entire situation it might only be later into 2021… Crazy times for us here. Our own citizens are battling to get home.
