At least for now, you can select London City Airport (LCY) as your departure airport, which allows you to route via New York in both directions, before connecting onto an American Airlines business class flight onward. These deals are available almost exclusively in July 2019 for departures on a Tuesday or Wednesday. To get the lowest price, you’ll need at least a six night stay. Nashville is a short easy flight from most of East Coast and the Midwest, so this can be a great way to get to the US in style, and then head elsewhere.
