Update: SO MANY readers have been able to take advantage of this deal. Dates are becoming more and more limited and Brussels now has very little availability. Try Amsterdam and look for fall or early spring. The more flexibility you have the better. Happy hunting.
There is more availability from Amsterdam but you may be able to find good Brussels availability as well. This fare is good for the entire calendar year. We had no problem pulling up dates in November-December (up to the 15th) or anytime before then. If you struggle to find return dates simply keep trying. These will dry up very fast.
