As good news for a safer world continue to roll, so too are some amazingly tempting flight deals, particularly in business class. Right now, there are a variety of options to get yourself to Brazil, and enjoy one of the liveliest and most invigorating cultures, plus a whole lot of natural beauty, sunshine and caipirinha for a fraction of usual costs.

Business Class Flight Deals To Brazil

Most great flight deals to Brazil originate from the Southeast of the USA, but not today. Well, there are great deals from the Southeast too, but also West Coast, Northeast and places in between. American, Delta, Aeromexico and a variety of airlines have launched sub $2000 business class to Rio De Janeiro and Sao Paulo, for travel in 2021.

This means flat beds in both directions, for the 9-10 hour flight.

Even New York to Rio De Janeiro can be had for $1500, and Los Angeles for the same price. If that doesn’t sound like heaven for a spring escape! Better yet, if you happen to collect points with the Chase Sapphire Reserve, these tickets would only require circa 100,000 points, and would still earn you elite status miles, and redeemable miles, since the airline thinks you paid cash!

Some standout deals, all round trip, include…

  • $1294 Los Angeles to Rio De Janeiro on Oneworld
  • $1400 Los Angeles to Sao Paulo on Oneworld/SkyTeam/Star Alliance
  • $1400 Miami or Orlando to Sao Paulo or Rio on Oneworld/SkyTeam
  • $1490 New York to Sao Paulo (direct) on Oneworld/SkyTeam
  • $1500 New York to Rio De Janeiro on Oneworld/SkyTeam
  • $1600 Boston to Rio De Janeiro on Oneworld/Star Alliance/SkyTeam
  • $1800 Austin or Chicago to Sao Paulo or Rio on Oneworld/SkyTeam
  • $1800 Atlanta to Sao Paulo or Rio De Janeiro on Oneworld/SkyTeam

These prices are as low as we ever see for flights to South America, and rival prices for economy tickets during more normal times. Brazil remains open to foreign visitors, including US citizens, and nearby countries including Argentina and Chile are beginning to reopen to international visitors. The Dates You Can Travel

These flight deals are available primarily through April 2021, but many, including some direct flights are available through the end of the schedule. For example, direct New York to Sao Paulo is available almost any day through the end of 2021.

Date lengths for trips tend to be pretty flexible, so the best thing to do is play around on Google Flights, or your favorite online travel agency or airline website. If you have any, it’s great to select “flexible dates”, to bring up an airlines pricing calendar, to see if any savings are available.

How To Book These Flights

Booking is pretty easy here. Just queue up your favorite booking channel, be it an airline website like American, Delta, or United and start searching. These fares are widely available as noted, either through April, or end of the year. You’ll figure out pretty quickly which applies to your potential trip. Here’s a few examples, like…

If you’re looking for American fares, our friend Michael at Travel Edge has had some “agent only” specials lately with savings on AA tickets, so it could be worth emailing to see if he can beat what’s available online. Email michael at travelzork dot com to get the process started.
