Booking these great points deals is pretty easy. If you don’t already have one, you need to make an account with Singapore KrisFlyer. Once you have one, you can search for seats on Singapore’s website by logging in and selecting “Redeem Flights” with your search. You’re looking for seats that come up as “saver”. Prices in points may initially show at the standard rate, but when you click through, you’ll see the price drop. Singapore may let you place the seats on hold while your points transfer over. Most transfers are instant, or within 24 hours.

Booking Tips And Important Advice

Never transfer your points from Citi, Amex, Capital One, Chase or Marriott to Singapore until you’ve found seats you can actually use on dates you can actually go. Transfers from credit card points to airline miles are one way only so once they’re in Singapore, that’s final.
