Beginning this winter Airberlin will add more weekly from Berlin to Miami, Chicago and New York and Los Angeles. Furthermore the airline is adding service to Cancun. Start searching for some winter fun, without the painful surcharges!

Air France Expands Pre Flight Lounge Dining…

It’s hard to beat the mental feeling of having steaks and champagne on a plane. In practice however, food on the ground often tastes much better, due to the fact that our taste buds and nasal passages can actually function properly on the ground. Aside from taste, sleep is also one of the most important factors in choosing business class, especially on overnight flights Air France, effective April 11 will offer pre flight lounge dining for flights 11 and 9 departing JFK. Of course you can still eat on the plane afterwards as well, but if you want sleep,this is a nice option.

Royal Air Maroc Moves to Avios Rewards Program…

Brilliantly exciting news for Avios holders, Royal Air Maroc is joining the program. You’ll be able to earn and redeem Avios on Royal Air Maroc flights, creating a vast new network of earning potential. It’s believed that the program will not join British Airways or Iberia, but rather the general Avios program, allowing you to easily transfer points earned into British Airways or Iberia after the fact. Now if they’d only offer tier points on those flights… one can hope.
