Tap, tap, “moment” booked.

Marriott has rolled out the largest array of travel experiences you can book online in cities all around the world to compliment Marriott Moments. You can book everything from last minute wine tastings to city tours and even crazy VIP experiences with the worlds greatest luminaries of their field. Since travelers rarely have time to sit on a desktop and browse, Marriott has brought the new Moments collection of experiences to the place where people spend far too much time: Facebook Messenger. You can now browse and book many of the coolest things to do in destinations around the world, all from your phone.

Marriott Moments

Marriott Moments started as a way to link Marriott Rewards members (free to join) with priceless experiences. Members can still access crazy once in a lifetime experiences, like private dinners with the worlds best Michelin starred chefs, VIP concert tickets to top artists and special behind the scenes access to the world’s biggest sporting events – but anyone can also now book simple things. Like the kind of things you’d want to do on vacation. By messaging Marriott Rewards or SPG on Facebook messenger, you can enter a location or drop a location pin and instantly browse possible experiences. Think: city tour, foodie masterclass, theatre tickets, tourist attraction access or bus tickets. When you book, you’ll earn Marriott Rewards points based on the price of the experience. You can now browse and book moments in Facebook Messenger.

How It Works

When you message Marriott Rewards or SPG on Facebook Messenger you’ll choose: find a hotel, customer service or things to do. When you select things to do, you’ll select a location or share yours with a pin. When you do – you’ll be shown every possible experience, moment, tour or other option you can book. If you find an item of fancy, you’ll then be able to book right on the spot. No stress, no calls – just cool things you can do solo, or with a crew all around the world. For most Moments offers, you can pay with points or cash, giving you excellent flexibility.

Will Facebook Messenger help you book your next excursion?
