Norwegian Airlines is the best answer for cheap and cheerful international travel, combining nice new planes and spacious seats with a frill free approach to meals and bags. The airline has just launched a sale between New York, Boston or Los Angeles and London with prices as low as $304 (£249) round trip aboard their sleek Boeing 787 Dreamliner’s.

The Dates For The Deal…

You can snag these low fares for travel between October 2016 and March 2017, though New York is limited to February and March of 2017. Not every date will have these lowest prices so be sure to use Norwegian’s low fare calendar to view an entire month of deals to get the lowest price. To get the prices described you’ll need to do a simple trick, which we’ll highlight below…

Show Me The Money (The Trick)…

If you have a credit card with no foreign transaction fees you can save quite a lot of money with Norwegian by booking through the Norwegian version of their site. The best way to do this is to search for your low fare on the normal version of their site that comes up, then once you find dates, switch to Norwegian.no. Everything will be in Norwegian, but should be easy enough to translate or understand, and you’ll save at least $40 per ticket through this version. It may even be worth booking the + version of the fare to get a bag and seat assignment with your savings…
