As I mentioned, You can easily move British Airways Avios, Amex points and Avios.com points to Iberia, if, of course, you've had an Iberia frequent flyer account open for 90 days, as I suggested months ago. If not, you'll have to sit this one out. If your Iberia account has been open for 90 days, you can move your miles directly into Iberia, after confirming availability for the flights you want. To move your Avios to Iberia, simply login to your British Airways account, select Manage my Account, scroll down to the Combine Avios tab and follow instructions to move them to Iberia. They can be moved back.
